One good measure of any HVAC contractor is the level of reliable service capability they offer to their customers and the surrounding communities all day every day.  Climatech Heating & Cooling is a service-oriented company so when you call we answer the phone.  Whatever time of the day or night you call you will be able to explain your concern to a live person, not an answering machine or VRU.   When you call during regular business hours your call will most likely be answered by answered by Theresa or Windy.

Windy is proficient and knowledgeable in all areas of customer service.  She is also our trusted dispatcher so you can feel comfortable talking to Windy about your service, repair or maintenance concerns.  If your problem requires a technician to come to your home Windy will promptly schedule a time that is convenient for you.

We’re proud to have highly qualified and experienced service technicians available to meet your needs when you need it most so you can rest assured you are always in good hands.   Most technicians are NATE certified, but those technicians who are not are constantly training and improving their diagnostic and repair abilities while working toward achieving their full NATE certification.

All Climatech technicians are able to service any brand of air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces and other HVAC related accessories.  Whether your thermosat is the malfunctioning, your compressor is frozen solid or your heat will just not come on, we will respond quickly to diagnose the problem and offer a solution for repair or replacement depending on your specific situation.

One surefire way to avoid costly repairs is by properly maintaining your heating and cooling system every year.  Climatech Maintenance Agreement customers can be certain their heat pump or air conditioning system has a thorough check prior to each season.  Likewise for gas furnaces going into the winter months.  Preventive maintenance can offset the chance of a costly and untimely hvac breakdown or the chance of a premature system failure.

Unlike other HVAC contractors Climatech technicians do not work on commission.  What that means to you, the homeowner or business owner, is that you don’t need to wonder if a repair recommendation is falsely inflated.   Every employee at Climatech works from a position of honesty and integrity never losing sight of doing what is right for the customer.

Climatech service technicians are regularly drug-tested and have had background checks.   All Climatech employees are insured and bonded when working in your home or business.
