I can honestly state that I have NEVER been as satisfied with a company as I was with the Climatech personnel. My first delight was in having an actual person answer the phone “after hours” when our old unit quit. I phoned our previous heating company first, connecting to an answering machine. The Climatech technician called me within minutes of my call and was here in less than 45 minutes. They installed my system on a Saturday, and quite honestly went beyond “the call of duty” in the installation of our unit, ensuring that we would have no problems with water drainage (which was a MAJOR issue with the previous unit — our basement flooding at least twice.) I sincerely couldn’t be happier with this company, from their sales staff to their installers … they are simply wonderful.

The Climatech people were absolutely the best I have encountered in this business — and they were extremely knowledgeable about the Trane units both operationally and concerning installation. I asked tough questions, some which competitive contractors could not answer, but the Climatech group, especially Jeff Smiley and his installers knew what they were doing. And, I was able to judge their system understanding because I was once a chief A/C engineer for industrial rooftop equipment.

Climatech replaced an air handler motor in the main unit a couple of years ago. The speed and competency from my initial call until the job was completed was exceptional. Pricing was fair. You have been professional and competent. The point here being, Climatech has earned this project.

Climatech and especially Kathy Post and David have been amazing to work with during this process. Kathy spent hours with us explaining the options and how best to make our home comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable. David is exceptional. He was able to address our ductwork problems and provided a technology solution for my husband to make thermostat changes via his iPhone! I have already recommended them to a friend and will do so in the future.

Contractor replaced all duct work which took two days. They cleaned up each day and did not leave any trash. Each worker seemed very knowledgeable about their job and did a superior job of doing the installation.

I know that you spoke to my wife about “charging up” our current system until your folks can install the new one. I truly appreciate that. It’s not so comfortable in my house right now and I REALLY look forward to the installation on May 7th
I’ve gotten proposals from many different HVAC contractors. I have your competitors’ mobile numbers and email addresses. I have asked many questions and used all available means of communication to ask them. I’ve done this at odd hours and even over the weekend. Basically, I have 100% been a pain-in-the-ass. Guess who responded to everything – YOU! Hence the exact reason I chose Climatech – YOU!

Climatech is a great company – always ready to serve our needs on a timely basis. This is a vacation residence, so our window for service appointments is often narrow. They sold us thermostats which work for us – not ones with “bells & whistles” which we do not need.
