I can honestly state that I have NEVER been as satisfied with a company as I was with the Climatech personnel. My first delight was in having an actual person answer the phone after hours when our old unit quit. I phoned our previous heating company first, connecting to an answering machine. The Climatech technician called me within minutes of my call and was here in less than 45 minutes. They installed my system on a Saturday, and quite honestly went beyond the call of duty in the installation of our unit, ensuring that we would have no problems with water drainage (which was a MAJOR issue with the previous unit our basement flooding at least twice.) I sincerely couldn’t be happier with this company, from their sales staff to their installers they are simply wonderful.
